LAUREN EYLISE staked her spot in the music industry with the release of her debut EP Life/Death/Life in September 2017; however, music has been this singer-songwriter's heart and soul for as long as she can remember.
Her genre-defying music can only be accurately categorized as eclectic-soul, as an array of influences make up her sound while each song is born from lessons of the soul.
Lauren has opened stages for the likes of Patti LaBelle, Erykah Badu, Tank and the Bangas, Lucky Daye, Jidenna, Train, Mat Kearney, Raheem DeVaughn, Tank, and more. She has appeared as a frontwoman for P&G's Secret Deodorant #AllStrengthNoSweat campaign, appearing on the Kelly Clarkson show and a list of Secret deodorant commercial spots as an artist and songwriter. Most recently, Lauren stole the spotlight with a host of incredible write-ups and features as the runner-up in the 2020 Tiny Desk Contest with her performance of her original song “Peaks & Valleys”.
Lauren’s sophomore album, This Is Personal, was premiered in an exclusive, socially distanced show at Music Hall. Released on December 4, 2020, the album is now available on all digital music stores and streaming platforms.

ABOUT LAS UNDERGROUND
Launched in July 2020, LAS Underground is a virtual concert series featuring a diverse lineup of regional performers and bands of all contemporary music genres. In collaboration with our Longworth-Anderson Series (LAS) Advisory Committee and community partners, LAS Underground curates and commissions musicians to perform intimate live-streamed shows from their homes, studios, or currently underutilized public spaces such as bars, clubs, restaurants, and other venues. Donations from viewers are appreciated and help sustain our nonprofit organization while Longworth-Anderson Series programming is paused. Post-COVID, LAS Underground will continue as a roving series at a rotating roster of popular establishments.
